Please note the following updates from our carriers regarding Holiday delivery.

UPS

If you're planning to ship gifts to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states and want to be sure they arrive in time for the Christmas holiday, we encourage you to follow the 2025 USPS holiday shipping guidelines. To help guarantee delivery by December 25th, USPS recommends sending your packages no later than Wednesday, December 17th when using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping by this date will help ensure your gifts reach their destination on time.

Similarly, the Post Office recommends sending all holiday packages by December 17th for expected delivery before December 25th. Mailing early is the best way to avoid seasonal delays and keep holiday surprises on schedule.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.

We ship most orders via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99.99 shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Otherwise, economy ground rates are as follows:

  • Orders up to $29.99 - $2.99
  • Orders $30.00-$69.99 - $6.99
  • Orders $70.00 - $99.99 - $9.99

We currently do not offer free or flat-rate shipping to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Canada or Mexico

To place an order to these locations, please contact us at support@roman.com or via live chat. Include the items you wish to purchase, your full shipping address, and a phone number. We’ll respond with a custom shipping estimate.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your Roman.com account to check your order status and view tracking updates.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

To ensure on-time delivery during the holiday season, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier volume and weather conditions beyond our control.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the package.
